Shipping

Orders may be delivered by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped during courier's business hours, and are processed and dispatched on the same day if order is placed before 1pm EST. We ship to all 50 states of the United States. If you are located outside of the US, please select your shipping country here.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays, including delays due to severe weather conditions. Weekend delivery is only available for a certain districts. Please contact your nearest UPS / USPS facility for questions or concerns regarding weekend deliveries.

Shipping Options

Contiguous U.S.	UPS Standard: $8 / free for orders of $50 or above UPS Express 2nd day: $15 Pickup in store (Available to customers in NY and NJ only): $8 / free for orders of $50 or above In a Rains Store of your choice within 1-2 working days. You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives the store. You will receive confirmation by email. After 7 days, any uncollected orders will be canceled and refunded.
Alaska	UPS Standard: $10 / free for orders of $150 or above UPS Express 2nd day: $20
Hawaii	USPS Priority Mail: $10 / free for orders of $150 or above

Returns / Exchange

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from rains.com. You may get a full refund or exchange your item for a different size or color. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items. Learn more →
